Bridesmaid Brings Kid to Child-Free Wedding After Babysitter Cancels, Bride Approves but Entitled MIL Causes a Scene

Weddings are known for a little drama, but this one takes the (wedding) cake. The bridesmaid, a teen mom, had a last-minute babysitter cancellation right before the child-free wedding. Being a good friend, she asked the bride if it was okay to bring her kid along. The bride, who had babysat for the child before, was totally fine with it and gave her blessing. Problem solved, right? Not exactly.

Cue the entitled mother-in-law. Despite the bride's approval, the MIL threw a fit about the child being at the wedding. She made a scene, huffing and puffing, acting like it was the end of the world that one kid was there. But she didn't stop at just making it awkward in person—she took her complaints to Facebook, tagging the teen mom in a post about her anger towards the situation. The poor bridesmaid was understandably hurt and embarrassed, especially since the bride had okayed everything. Meanwhile, the bride was perfectly fine with the kid being there—it was her MIL who decided to make it all about herself. Because what's a wedding without a little unnecessary drama, right?
